There are 24 hours in a day – 8 are spent sleeping, 8 are spent studying/ working. How are you spending your remaining 8? AM Hustle helps you to consciously goal-set and plan your days so that you are in complete control of your success and your educational journey.

how does it work?

STEP ONE

I start the 30-minute session with some guided meditation and breathing, which helps you notice what your mind is doing. When you notice what is happening around you, you focus more deeply, and that attention to your own senses will help you improve in diverse areas of your life. 

STEP TWO

I then move onto our gratitudes, asking participants to write down everything they are grateful for in that present moment. This encourages space from negative thoughts and helps us to process our emotions in a private manner, allowing us to get to know ourselves better.

STEP THREE

The next element is our vision and affirmations, thinking about our future and the hurdles we have to cross in order to reach our goals, without being judged. The non-judgment part means that we simply have an experience without contemplating if the experience is good or bad. By doing this, we develop more self-awareness, emotional balance, and impulse control. It’s about recognising our inner and outer experiences and understanding how they affect our well-being.

STEP FOUR

A short clip or live interview from a well-known member of society follows, and we dive deeper into the points made, with relation to ‘success’ and living in abundance.

STEP FIVE

Finally, we finish off with our daily 5-point ‘action’ list. We always do better when we’re able to pay attention to what we’re doing, right? Improved focus and goals can help you achieve at higher levels in all aspects of your life, and I encourage you to include some non-negotiable family time on a daily basis, a physical fitness routine, and an activity that is going to propel you towards reaching your future goals, whether that be a 30 minutes of a documentary or tapping into a new podcast related to your dream career. These habits will significantly enhance your vision, help you become motivated, and improve your confidence and well-being – if carried out with the right intentions.
