Ever wondered whether you have a fixed or growth mindset?

Let’s find out!

I’ve compiled a quiz to help determine your current mindset, including some tips to help develop and nurture a growth mindset.

Mindset can influence your learning, relationships, wellbeing and ultimately your success. It can either hold you back from reaching your full potential or propel you towards it. If you want to promote a growth mindset in those around you, it is important to incorporate these ideas yourself first.

A person with a fixed mindset may think that intelligence, talent, and other qualities are fixed and innate. However, those with a growth mindset believe that practice, time, and effort can make a significant difference to an outcome. Some key differences are that a fixed mindset promotes limiting beliefs, whereas a growth mindset empowers belief.

My fixed mindset vs. growth mindset quiz has been created for both adults and teens and comprises of 15 questions.

Choose the number that corresponds with how you feel about the statement – 0 meaning you strongly disagree and 3 meaning you strongly agree.

Based on your results, reach out to me at the end of the quiz and we can have a chat about some of the ways you can become confident in implementing growth mindset traits.
